Permitted use of the site
The BioTagLab website presents institutional, technical and commercial information about wildlife monitoring solutions, communication technologies, digital platforms and products in development. Users may browse, consult content, share links and contact us to request additional information.
The site may not be used to interfere with its operation, attempt to access unauthorized systems, copy content at scale, send malicious code, impersonate identities or carry out activities that may affect the security, availability or reputation of BioTagLab and its services.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, structure, design, brand, images, product names, visual components and technical materials, belongs to BioTagLab or is used with the corresponding authorization. Publication does not grant licenses over patents, trademarks, software, firmware, industrial designs or technical documentation.
Users may cite or share public information from the site in a reasonable way, provided they do not present it misleadingly or suggest a commercial relationship, certification, partnership or authorization that does not exist. Any technical, commercial or reproductive use requires prior approval.
Responsibility for content
BioTagLab seeks to keep information clear, up to date and consistent with product development. However, some specifications, images, configurations or capabilities may change as hardware, firmware, software, component availability or project requirements evolve.
Information published on the site does not replace a project-specific technical assessment. Each monitoring project may require analysis of species, weight, environment, coverage, autonomy, permits, scientific methodology and operational conditions.

The site may include links to external services, such as the BioTagLab platform, map tools, communication providers or social networks. Those sites have their own terms, policies and availability levels.
BioTagLab is not responsible for content, changes or practices of external sites it does not manage. Access to those links is the user's responsibility.
Site modifications
We may update, reorganize, expand or remove site content without prior notice, especially when there are product improvements, platform changes, security adjustments or new communication needs.
We may also modify these Terms of Use to reflect changes in the site or in the way we present our information. The update date indicates the current published version.
